  • I normally don't write reviews, especially bad ones but I had to after this experience. Hands down the worst nail and wax experience I have EVER had. The nail salon is unsanitary. The towels they use are not washed and you can literally see the dirt on them. The tubs you soak your feet in are dirty! The entire place needs to be cleaned and sanitized. My nail tech did a decent job but I couldn't even relax because I was so disgusted by the tub, towels and everything in the salon. Now for the wax room. It is your typically back room wax area in a nail salon except the bed was covered in wax. She did not even attempt to put a clean towel down or change the sheets. I wanted to get my underarm area waxed which I have done a million times (never at this location) and I was desperate so I decided to have her do it. Not only did she make me bleed but she didn't even get all the hair out. I would give this salon ZERO stars if I could. It is not clean and there is no way their waxing station, bed, tubs or anything in the salon is sanitary. When I came home my husband was so appalled that my underarms were bleeding he took a picture and told me I had to write a review to warn other customers.
