| - Very disspaointed. I purchased over $4000 in furniture.
First, the sales rep kept pushing back the delivery. It started as the 6th, then the 10th, then the 11th, then finally the 13th, all within 5 minutes. I bought it based on the fast time, and had I not been tired of shopping, I would have walked.,
The first set arrived fine...and it's "OK" furniture. Already have stuff loose, and matting I shouldn't have.
The chair, however, scheduled for 2 weeks later arrived different that was was promised, and NOBODY could help, short of recommending I go to the store and pick up the small parts that were supposed to come with the chair. Very frustrating.
I have a few calls in, but suspect I won't hear anything back. Get EVERYTHING in writing on the contract, down to the little feet on the bottom of the furniture...that was my issue, and as of now, I can't use on my hardwood floors because of it.
