  • Horrible front office people.. the therapist was really sweet. That's what kept us going! The front of us was horrible! They would never bill me at first. They bill me at the 3rd week! Then I called one time to cancel my appointment 30 mins prior. The receptionist told me I would have to pay $50 for canceling and told me it was in the paperwork and I had agreed to it! After I hung up the phone with her I realize I never even seen or signed any intake paper work! so, I called back. The other receptionist said I was right I never signed paper work! The rude receptionist had already also taken us out of the system! Sad! That their front office people are horrible with no skills!
