  • Furniture Creations is awesome!!! I bought a couch off of Amazon and it was just as beautiful as they had described! They were so on top of their game, that they sent me a policy reminder about their shipping process and left me with very detailed information on what to do and how I will receive my shipment. The fact that they took the time to send out that reminder to me meant a lot. I felt that they truly cared about their customers. When I received the couch, I initially thought the feet were missing from it so I had to call them. The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and eager to help me. She explained to me that the manufacturer placed them underneath the sofa in the zipper compartment for shipping purposes. I missed that step on the instructions. The representative went out of her way to make me feel better about how dumb I had felt. If you buy furniture online, I completely recommend going through Furniture Creations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. People are always so quick to come on here and leave bad reviews because they feel they have to complain about every little thing and I do not feel that enough people take the time to leave positive reviews when a company does deserve it. With that being said, I once again say, Furniture Creations is so on top of it and have one of the best customer services departments that I have experienced. Thank you Furniture Creations.
