  • The staff here are shady and gossip about guest's after appointments. My experience personally was my last! The blonde chick over charged me. I came in for 3 specific treatments, that were scheduled over the phone. She did above and beyond. When i noticed I spoke up and said why are you doing the extra --- She legit said oh well I already did it so now you have to pay for it. I was like are you fucking kidding me??? She was being obnoxious and inconsiderate while I was politely trying to pay the $20 overcharge. It hurts me when people take advantage of others and I was stupid enough to tip because I didn't want to look poor. They dont care about you, they just want your money. I recommend the Chandler and Phoenix locations. Update: Phoenix location solved the Scottsdale location's problem and accredited me $20 the bikini plus and brazilian plus difference. I was so uncomfortable about the whole situation and that was the whole point of this review. Problem solved!
