  • A+. There's a saying that exists, "First impressions only happen once." I believe the service providers of Dynamic Pain & Rehab (DPR) operate with this belief in the forefront of their minds. This facility is second to none. In a word, DPR is "unsurpassed" in its field. I have never exited that facility without feeling better, not only physically but mentally as well. I can review this provider with a definite amount of experience and insight. I have a neuromuscular disorder for which there is NO CURE and causes chronic discomfort (I refuse to use the word "pain"). I have seen countless medical professionals during my 6 decades of life. Some are good; some not so good. I can say with unequivocal certainty that Dr. Imas and his Staff members are among the best people and professionals that I have EVER encountered; especially Dr. Imas. I have seen both Max Carter, PA and Dr. Alexander Imas since I relocated to Clark County in 2012. At first I mainly saw the thorough and kind "Dr. Max" as I was receiving an occasional cortisone shot. Subsequently, I began seeing Dr. Imas after I incurred a more severe injury requiring what are called "trigger injections" into or nearby nerve endings of my body. These injections are skillfully administered monthly and I also take meds as prescribed by Dr. Imas & Max Carter. When one particular medication was denied by the insurance carrier, Dr. Imas wrote "the letter of letters" explaining how and why the medication was necessary to further reduce the chronic discomfort. He prevailed. I got the med, saved money and the discomfort has been held in check. I know of no other doctor who has gone to bat and actually went the extra mile as this man did and does for me. I have seen a few other reviews that are negative about this facility and in particular Dr. Imas. It's truly bewildering. I can't help but feel sorry for these people whose problems may be greater (or less) than mine. I also logically believe that their "issues" may not be with the doctor, but with life in general and they seek a scapegoat. I could easily blame the world for the bad physical breaks and conditions that I possess. The difference is I "own" my physical issues. They don't own nor consume me. It's nobody's fault; especially not Dr. Imas'. He wants to help me! He is one of the finest & most intelligent service providers I've ever encountered. He and his expertise ensure that my physical needs are met while also "injecting" human compassion and wit which absolutely enhance each monthly visit. If more than 5 stars were allowed, I would confidently & gladly issue a greater number of such to grade this facility. Thank You.
