  • Had been going to this spot regularly for the last year but after today's interaction with a dishonest and negligent cashier I'll never go again. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my transaction, I had a groupon that she refused to accept despite the fact it was still valid (had only used 1 of the 3 ultimate wash vouchers) and despite the fact that she could see on her screen I had only used 1 of 3 vouchers. She made repeated excuses as to why she couldn't do anything and blamed it on someone else who - in her own words - "doesn't work here any more". So rather than continue the pointless conversation with someone disinterested in basic customer service I paid for the wash. So at the end of the day I paid $40 to groupon for 3 "ultimate" washes (regularly $30). I got 1 wash off the groupon and had to pay today - what should have been $40 for 3 washes ended up being $70 for 2. If they're willing to let someone as unprofessional and dishonest as the girl who worked there today, Wednesday 6/1/16, then they shouldn't be in business.
