  • Get it together overnightprints... Great prices, great products, customer service needs much improvement. On my last order trying to reach a customer service agent multiple times was very difficult and time consuming. Phone was not working, chat was not working and emails took a long time to get a reply back. They were 4 days late shipping from the estimated delivery date with no notification of the delay. I emailed several times with no response or urgency in this matter as these were for a trade show in which we received the flyers mid show. We were left confused, frustrated and wondering when or if they were even going to ship! Bottom line overnight prints has a nice website, great products and pricing but order way in advance. They do have expedited shipping options but the gaps in days is ridiculous for the price differences. Overnight prints needs to get organized as they have the potential to be great. Better customer service and solid lead times will greatly improve customer experiences.
