Well, its an adequately pretty garden. Tastefully arranged flowers, trellises, fountains and brick paths. An enthusiast could easily spend a few hours here, if they bring a picnic - they offer picnic tables but I saw no food for sale here. Also by this time there were quite a few butterflies - not so many monarchs, but other types. But as others have said, I wouldn't come back in a hurry because it was kind of... well, small. And 12 bucks for kind of small ain't my thing more than once. I've been to comparable and even better places for free. Of course, in places with much higher taxes, but still. Let me know if they expand - they should, the place is surrounded by empty fields of grass. But I just have to sadly say that I don't think I got my money's worth.
