There are very limited options for breakfast when staying at the Flamingo, so we decided one day to do the buffet. At $15 per person, the cost seemed reasonable. However, in a city known for buffets, this one falls far short of average in quality and selection of food.
Nearly everything was cold! Some of the meat at the carving station was weird (kielbasa?) and the sliced ham was cold. The omelet station was decent. Bacon was cold and the waffles were cold and hard as a rock.
There were far more lunch and dinner food items given the morning hours. Some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for days.
The service was very attentive, especially for a buffet.
There is no chance that I would return.
