  • This is one of those times where no stars should be an option. Horrible customer service and incredibly slow even when there is hardly anyone there. I ordered and received my coffee when I watched my friend who ordered immediately after me wait while three people who ordered AFTER her revive their drinks. She ordered and iced macchiato which is not hard but yet many hot drinks were served before hers. When she asked what the deal was we received and incredibly snotty, "we are doing the best we can" from the supposed poor excuse for a manager, Racquel, who most certainly was not doing her best. Even after bringing to her attention that several people received their drinks that had ordered after her, we watched as they still made two additional drinks (both ordered after her) before finally getting hers. They seemed completed irritated that someone would argue this and were extremely rude and unaccommodating. If the "best you can" includes blatantly ignoring customers and the order in which they help them, I think this place is doomed.
