  • Yuzu Shio Ramen. If you're someone who likes a more tart/citrus soup base (I load up my pho broth with lemons) then I think you would really appreciate the Yuzu Shio Ramen. I'm not even a huge fan of Ramen, but I would come back here for this broth alone. Till this day I'm thinking about that Yuzu Shio Ramen and wondering how I never had that before. You can customize the ramen to however you want, which is great! Service was amazing, the guy running the place was helpful and tried accommodating everyone even though he was short staffed. It took awhile to get our food but it was understandable as the restaurant filled up quickly and it was only him working the floor. Kudos to him!
