Bad place, don't do business with them. I had to work with them, on account my home warranty co HSA, sent them in. But they lied in 2 different ways reporting back to my home warranty company! My microwave door handle had disconnected from it's anchor. It looks like the tech lied saying the whole door was damaged, to save time and get me an entire door replaced (easier to replace), but HSA won't replace a whole door. I asked to get the handle only replaced since the door was NOT broken, but the Home Appliance Office people evidently heard that the whole door was broken, they gave lie #2 to HSA saying the door showed signs of abuse/ not regular wear-and-tear. So I can't even get the handle replaced. I think it's a racket where the Appliance Services stays in the graces of HSA by denying claims, to keep their service contract. And they won't let me connect to the Tech who was out at my house to get him to fix the communications. I have photo's showing the whole door is NOT cracked and will go to small claims court if my Better Business Bureau complaint does not get this fixed. (The Home Warranty company HSA is another crap shop but that is a separate issue. They won't reconsider the claim, they "only go with the input of the Appliance Service company".)
