  • I would give zero stars I would. I love Starbucks I probably go once a day and I have never been to such a horrible Starbucks! They put whipped cream on my Carmel frap when I asked for non which whatever it happens. But then they made my husbands drink as a hot and a grande when it was supposed to be cold and venti so the guys starts remaking it but makes it as a grande again. Then they forgot to give us straws and to top it off they didn't give me my banana nut bread. I've never seems so many mistakes. I will never go back
