  • IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE My wife and I are from Southern California. After searching online using a distance parameter of 500 miles, we found a beautiful 2011 Audi A4 with only 30k miles. It was competitively priced too. We were a bit tentative about buying out-of-state but we decided to go ahead with the purchase and make a weekend get-away out of it. The car was as advertised and drove great. Interior was immaculate and there were hardly any flaws on the paint. The negative part of our experience was with the registration. We purchased the vehicle on 4/4/15 and was issued two temporary 15-day driving permits. After many follow-ups, I was told by Billy in Finance that he followed up with his Title department and confirmed all the documents were mailed out on 4/23. Since the 30-day cutoff was approaching, I went to the CA DMV the following week expecting the package would be delivered by then. Five and a half hours were spent waiting at the DMV. When my number was called, I told them that I was registering the Audi and that they should have a doc package from the dealership with the title from the State of NV. They searched high and low and did not find anything from Park Place Infinity. After returning home, I called the dealership and demanded the tracking number. They provided me with one and low and behold...the sent date was that same day!! April 30th. So the dealership made me lose a day in wages since I took the day off of work. In addition, I could have been forced to pay a fee ($110) for late registration, but luckily the DMV clerk got me out of that one. This dealership is definitely not prompt and organized with their paperwork. Will I buy out-of-state again after this experience? Most likely not.
