WARNING: Do NOT order delivery. Ordered $50 worth of food through EatStreet, only to get a call 30 minutes after that they would not be delivering our food because there was a mistake and it was "out of their radius" for delivery. I entered in my exact address and this restaurant showed in the search results for places willing and able to deliver to my location. I checked my banking account only to find out I had still been charged. I called SeBai back and was told it was an issue they needed to work out with EatStreet because (and I quote) "You live in Old Town Scottsdale and it's too hard to delivery on the weekends." If this is a miscommunication between SeBai and EatStreet, how is it the customer's problem???? It's terrible customer service to refuse service AFTER it's been paid for...especially 30 minutes after the fact. My girlfriend orders from SeBai at least once a week but after this experience, we will find a new local Thai restaurant, and this time we will use Yelp.
