  • First time here. They did ok, but not great. From the second you pull up, they try to upsell you with every sentence they speak (you really want the Ultimate...oh wow, look at that big chip in your windshield..." (The chip in my windshield is tiny - less than a millimeter across.) When my car was being vacuumed, I saw the lady working on it take several pieces of paper that were under my seat, wad them up, and throw them away. They looked like receipts and I clearly wasn't missing them, but it doesn't seem like they should just throw things away that are in my car. When they were finished, the floor mats were crooked and not laying flat - bad enough that they would be in the way of my feet while driving. Also, they opened my ash tray and left it open. Overall, my car looks nice and the wash was quick. The little things left a bad taste in my mouth though.
