| - I love going to BD's! It doesn't get crowded for lunch, but it does get pretty crowded for dinner every time I've been there. You can pay for either one bowl or you can pay a price for unlimited number of bowls. There are three buffet like stations. The first one has all the raw meat/fish, you can mix meat, everything is how you want it. Next, they have vegetables and eggs you add to the meat, and then lastly you grab a small bowl and go to the sauce station. They have a variety of about 20 sauces, again you can add as many as you'd like, behind the table they have suggestions on what sauces taste good together and what style of sauce they are. You can then add any spices to your bowl if you want. Next, you take it to a hibachi type center, where the cooks take your bowl and cook it right there in front of you, they take multiple people's at once, you just wait there until your bowl is done. There's a salad and soup bar also for an added price. You also can either get rice or tortilla wraps to go along with your bowl. They only thing I don't like about Bd's is that the raw meat can get on the handle and can get on your hands, and that's a little bothersome, they do have hand sanitizers around the buffet tables, but that does bother me....I definitely recommend to anyone to try Bd's Mongolian Grill!
