  • Beware! This business has no ethics or morals. To get the procedure done would have required me to take out a loan. To start, they claim that they could not tell me what the rate on the loan would be until it was already processed. At that point I should have trusted my instincts and left. The business is a good distance from my home and they encouraged me to go ahead and get the paperwork out of the way. I did not realize that I was signing the loan and it was immediately in effect. The following day, I cancelled the procedure and requested a refund. They refused to return the money to me. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and was able to get some, but not all of my money back. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. There are plenty of other practices in the Charlotte area for cosmetic dentistry. I encourage you to avoid this business.
