rev:text	Worst Pet Hospital EVER. I have been bringing my dog to Banfield for almost a year now and I have NEVER been happy with my experience. I go to the location on the corner of Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley and they are terrible there. The front desk staff is always so rude to me when I call. They are short with me and always have attitude when I ask questions. They are unbelievably under staffed and can never get me in for an appointment. I have my dog on the Wellness Plan and when I took him in the other day because he wasn't acting himself they charged me almost $200 to tell me that there is nothing wrong with him. I know doctors visits are included in the plan but I don't really understand what else it is good for? They sent me home and now my dog has blood in his stool, he has been throwing up for days and he sleeps almost 24/7. I called to schedule an appointment for him and they pretty much told me I was out of luck because they are booked out for two weeks. They suggested that I bring him in in the morning and drop him off and that they would kennel him and HOPEFULLY get to him in between patients. Which is unbelievably inhumane to do to a sick dog. In desperation I am taking him to the location on 75th and Bell this evening. When I spoke with the front desk lady at this location she was just as rude and not helpful at all. I starting to think these are requirement to work for Banfield. I am moving soon and will be cancelling my Wellness Plan and will go to real REAL vet. I am so disgusted that this is the way that Petsmart runs their pet hospital. I will NEVER recommend to anyone that they go there.
