  • For those who want results and to find trainers that can give you those results, you can find them here. If you want a clean, up to date workout facility this WOULD NOT be the place. This place has an old school, "family" atmosphere...but you gotta be part of the family. Canceling the membership is NOT easy. It's unfortunate that they keep the facility so run down and that they make it hard to cancel because there are some great trainers here and this is the only place I got the best results ; but definitely not worth investing your money at this gym especially for the cost and lack of working cardio equipment and matching free weights or kettle bells plus various other equipment.
