I would like to thank Steve and his staff for providing excellent customer service in a very timely manner. Mid November we bought A house and wanted a professional plumber to come out and check our water softener,heater, and other plumbing to make sure everything was working properly. Steve gave us a priority list of what we may want to change and or update overtime. At no time did we feel pressured into making the changes quickly.
Our water softener had some broken parts Steve was able to take it that day and had it refurbished we had it back within 48 hours. My husband and I have called Steve a few times throughout the months of living in our new house for basic questions he was very helpful and quick with his response.
When it rains it pours sometimes and that's just what happened Steve went above and beyond to assist me when I needed it most. My husband was out of town and I had family visiting from out of state. I noticed on our recording security cameras that water was running out of our garage down our driveway. I didn't think too much of it because our neighbors at the time had their landscaping services being provided and I had thought they were just hosing down their driveway. I rechecked the cameras about 10 minutes later and it was worse so I went to the garage and noticed that our water heater had ruptured. Steve walked me through on what to turn off and what steps to take next. We have a home warranty and Steve walked me through on what to ask for when I called our home warranty company. Steve was unaware but I was also dealing with a medical emergency father needing to the hospital during this time. I had to call Steve a few times that afternoon for what to do now questions. He even offered to talk to the company through our home warranty to make sure we're getting exactly what we need. You can't teach that level of customer service and caring you either have it or you don't and Steve definitely has it. We can't thank you enough Steve.
