  • They bait and switch you. They also massively try upselling despite the fact you keep saying "no thank you, I want the simplest plan". You have to tell them 30 times MINIMUM that you don't want to have a more expensive deal before they finally give up trying to scam you for it. The managers here are absolute trash and rude for no reason. They tried to charge me a late fee for something I had already paid for. Then when I tried to talk to the manager, they blamed me until I brought up on my bank statement how it clearly says it was paid for. The guy at HQ told me "next time, have money in your bank" laughable. The manager then tried to blame it on my bank, saying that they didn't transfer the money in time, which is bullshit because it never takes more than 2 seconds for my bank to transfer money. He claimed it has happened to him since he uses my bank. My bank themselves told me that was a straight up lie. Pretty sad considering the guy was military, although it wasn't surprising. Also, the contract is NOT for two years. Two years in 24 months. The contract is supposed to be for 26. Last time I checked, 24 months was two years. These people are also right about cancelling the contract. They tell you if you're moving, just provide proof that you're moving- not that it's their god damn business, but even if you do, they'll act as though you haven't paid for a single month and charge you out the ass including every fee they can manage. I've also paid my bill and then they sent me a bill for the same month, charging me MORE than what's stated they will for the month I JUST paid for. Oh, and everyone who says that the customer service email is a joke, they aren't lying. I tried to email them to ask some questions and they told me to call the facility because they couldn't be fucked to answer even one question. Just goes to show you it isn't about your health, it's about your money. Go elsewhere!
