We stayed at the Venetian and came here for Mother's Day dinner. I was quite pleased with the food. The waiter was attentive and brought us ample beverages and bread. The menu also has a decent selection of Italian fare. When the good arrived, I noticed that the portions were rather small for the price (but keep in mind that this is Vegas). I had the gnocchi; the dumplings were fresh and the marinara sauce was fine. My family also found their dishes to be tasty. If you are looking for a nice Italian sit-down restaurant, I suggest Canaletto.
