  • THIS SHOP IS HORRIBLE!!!! I was not pleased with Kaira's Bridal at all and would rate it below one star if there was an option. The staff was rude, and incredibly unfriendly. The consultant never introduced herself to me and I have no idea what her name was. I was never measured and was sent to the back of the store to look at one rack because I wasn't a smaller size. I showed the consultant a dress in a magazine I was given at the bridal expo in which I was told they didn't have. The consultant grabbed a hand full of dresses in which many were on the list for not able to be ordered.THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I would advise brides to look elsewhere for their dress. You will not have a good experience here.
