  • by far the worst experience I've ever had. office staff can't keep their ducks in a row. once you sign the lease, you feel like nothing but a number since all they seem to care about is rent falling into their hands. scorpions are frequent, so get used to it. feral cats everywhere. the apartment we moved into was FILTHY, nobody had cleaned behind the stove for decades. there were diabetic needles, food and an old disgusting rag. I can't believe they would let anyone move into the conditions we moved into. instead of unpacking boxes, I spent half the day deep cleaning the entire apartment for fear of my life. we also got charged for a mistake that office staff made and management even signed off on the paperwork. they ended up waiving it but it was after 3 days of going in there and complaining, never getting responses from office staff via phone or email. it wasn't until speaking to the property owner that I was able to get it handled. nobody has a clue what they're doing. seriously, enter at your own risk.*
