  • The original cheese tart is DELICIOUS. Life-changing delicious. Do not just go by the samples- it's nothing like the whole tart. I woke up the neighbourhood moaning as I ate it after bringing it home from Chinatown. I'm making a beeline here every time I go Chinatown from now on. The interior has a silkiness that is hard to describe- it was completely unexpected. The crust is thick but flaky and very tender. I am a new fan.
