  • We chose Sandy due to her background as an appraiser. We have bought and sold many houses in our past and were impressed with her knowledge and confidence. She understands the Las Vegas market and pricing. The house sold with two offers in three days and closed quickly. We also used her skills to help us find a new home within the same area. She was protective of us by not over paying for a home we had considered. We were lucky and found a similar formatted home for a fair price. Again, this was a quick closure. Thank you, Sandy!
