I've spent quite a lot of money at this salon, over almost two years, on manicures and pedicures. I am in fact a regular customer, and I am particularly a fan of Mandy. However, when it really counted - on the day before a big wedding - they refused to fit me in to do a nail repair on one chipped nail (I had just gotten my manicure there two days prior.) It would have taken about 15 minutes. This is not good customer service, and I will seriously be rethinking my loyalty.
