I came here over Super Bowl 50 weekend eager to try it out because I just had the Bellagio Buffett the day prior.
The dinner experience at The Buffett at Aria left me wanting more. It costs more $ to eat here than it does at the Bellagio, but the Aria offers a smaller collection of food and dessert. I enjoyed the King Crab legs and the Prime Rib here but the sushi, chinese and dessert sections were lackluster. I saw a whole aisle of Chinese dim sum steamers but was disappointed to find that they were all filled with buns and some yucky potstickers, no other dim sum. The sushi rice was also really dry too. There were not a lot of patrons eating at 3pm on Sunday, but the servers were very slow in taking away used plates and refilling drinks.
I like that the buffet space is very spacious and the interior looks beautiful. Unfortunately, I rather go back to the Buffet at Bellagio or Bacchanal Buffet because they offer much more in terms of selection at a comparable cost.
