Overall I like the gym and the staff at OTF but I ended up leaving here to join a crossfit gym. Here is why
It is a pretty small space with only one trainer per class and large class sizes for $159 a month I should be getting VERY small classes and hands on instruction. They advertised as month to month but when I tried to cancel my membership 2 weeks in advance I still had to pay for 1 month of access (Why? I have no idea). The class times that worked with my schedule were always full days in advance and were extremely over crowded, again for that price I found that to be unacceptable. I was supposed to get a nutrition coach (can't remember the exact title) but because of the amount of people in the gym I was never able to schedule an appointment that worked with my 8-5 work schedule, again I found that ridiculous since I asked about that specifically before signing up.
Overall it is a decent place to workout but is extremely cardio centered and with such large classes it is hard to get individual attention while in the "weight room." I wouldn't bother with OTF unless you need someone to time you on the treadmill, because that is just about all that they do.
