  • I rented a pick up truck to haul garbage to the Cheyenne Transfer Station. The service was great when I picked up the truck. Richard (I think) answered questions I had prior to me asking, and he had the best personality - goofy and witty. He told me to make sure the truck was clean prior to bringing it back. When I took it back, there was mud (or sludge) on the cabin floor and the bed from my shoes along with landscape debris. I was all prepared to clean it out, but the little guy who was accepting returned vehicles stated, "I got this." Richard then jokingly denied telling me I had to turn it in clean. I enjoyed the employees; the facility was clean; they offered a bunch of supplies. I look forward to renting from there again.
