| - We should have posted this months ago, but chose, instead to give Mr Harker and his company the opportunity to rectify the situation.
Below you will see a photo of the damage done by Mr Harker. An approximate 2 foot x 2 foot hole was made in our parent's bedroom wall on moving day by Mr Harker himself. When asked about the repair on that day, Mr Harker, initially denied he did it at all, although we watched it happen. Following his denial, he then told us to take him to court. There were other damages but this is the worst of it.
Today, in court, we had to refile the case and if necessary, I am more than happy to post the court papers to confirm this. It's very unfortunate that this is the way Mr Harker chooses to conduct his business. Rather than have made the repair, we are now in court. This happened to our 80+ year old parents. Also, the price we paid for his services was the exact price we were quoted per the written contract. I would never, ever, recommend this company to anyone!
