Awww, closed already? This was a sparkling clean and modern venue just off Fremont Street that, while appearing just a tad spendy on the surface, served excellent, super-stuffed po-boys, like the fried shrimp that I had. They also had a handful of other Southern-inspired offerings like gumbo and sausage, beans, and rice platters.
But gosh, those po-boys were super good and well worth it. RIP, Zydeco.
