rev:text	This one is a doozy.. First of all you have to consider, the fact that my journey to Dr. Palluck was not a short one. I have to say that I have the worst dental insurance. It forced me to dentist shop, and boy are their a ton of crappy dentist out there. It's actually mind boggling, how these people stay in business.. I saw all aspects of professionalism from how a dentist operates, to how their staff is trained. Who follows up, who responds to calls, emails, etc. Answers questions with unnecessary attitude cause they hate their job and their life....you get my point. Dr. Palluck has her business's dialed in. In fact when I sat in the chair, I said..man this is a good business. Because I can point out the crappy ones and they are plenty, see the HPO Sierra Health Directory for starters. Dr. Palluck checks all the boxes. 1.) Professional and well trained attentive staff with smiles. 2.) Systematic reminders through text appointments as well as follow up phone calls from her staff (how can you miss an appointment) 3.) A firm grasp on her prognosis of my dental work. 4.) A freaking Netflix Headset to watch any movie you want! Makes the experience pleasant. 5.) The proper supplies, mouth jacks, fresh bottled water and mouth wash. Honestly, I really could go on and on. I write a ton of nasty reviews on people who are just bad business people. Their staff sucks, the communicate poorly, their office is dirty, the staff is messy. This place has almost zero negatives and I look forward to planting my teeth somewhere.
