Everything Plumbing was assigned to us through our home warranty claim for a broken bathtub faucet. Plumber came to fix it then proceeded to tell us that he couldn't fix and would have to reschedule. He turned the water on and then said sorry, I can't turn it off so it will continue to run until we can come back out. My wife told him it will shut off if you turn the handle. Guess what? The water shut off. Wow...and he's the plumber. After calling over and over I finally got in touch with "Bonnie." They rescheduled for several days later saying they needed a special tool. The plumber showed up late on the scheduled date just to say he would have to reschedule because he forgot the tool. I left four voice mails to reschedule but never heard back. So, I called another plumbing company who came out the next day and fixed the problem immediately.
