The hotel is perfectly acceptable but I was definitely expecting more and it didn't seem like a regal old hotel at all. So I give it 3 stars. The lobby was very large with random scattered couches in the middle and a tea area on one side, but lacked unity and seemed kitzchy. There were too many boutiques. Reminded me a bit of Hilton Chicago. My room was very large, and the room service was extremely quick - I only got the seasonal fruit with banana bread - but it was only okay (the banana bread seemed like it had been frozen). There was no wireless in the rooms, only in the lobby. Overall, good friendly service, but given that it's supposed to be renovated, it did not seem either regal or updated.
