  • We have been trying to get a hold of Tristan Watson for the last 3 weeks.  We've called and left over 10 voice mails, 2 emails, and 1 visit in person.  Tristan has never called us back or reached out to us at all.  We even called the GM 3 days ago and no call back at all!!!!  The funny part is that we have told all our friends and family how great the experience was buying a Honda. (Even better then buying our BMW)  Come on AutoNation this is wrong all we want to know is if Tristan filed the paperwork for a refund of our gap.  (Sound pretty easy)  worst experience ever. We will never do business with AutoNation again thanks to Tristan and the GM.
