  • Was referred to Dr. Hales from Dr. Nielson (resorption/infection). High anxiety from previous experiences is the tip of the iceberg, so it takes all I have to even get a routine cleaning, and loud heavy metal (Disturbed/Five Finger Death Punch...). Staff fantastic, office clean and friendly, Dr. Hales phenomenal. Root canal done with little discomfort, but what is expected from the lidocaine. Fast and efficient and explains procedure pre and post. No to little discomfort after procedure. When I need more work done, and I will, Dr. Hales is who I will be scheduling with.
