  • Heather is the worst front desk agent. Lied about being a manager, called the police but didn't want to 86 us. Will never go back. Been in the travel industry as a manager for over 15 years and never would I have tolerated Heather calling guests in there room lying about being the manager then when we got to the office Heather said the manager is gone. (Really? In 3 minutes????) And tried to say the manager was male by handing his card over. Clearly a female called the room. Seriously bad service and we've stayed here before with no issues. Cops were fun though, they were more interested in my Camaro and being from Las Vegas.
