I hope I never have to fly with this airline again. My first experience dealing with them was bad and seeing how their employees deal with other customers was just as bad. An Asian lady was boarding and the man up front asked her "are you okay with sitting by the emergency, yes or no." Before she could even answer him he counted down 3, 2, 1 quickly and said no and told her to step aside. I don't think she even had enough time to grasp what he was trying to do. Then he said he was going to change her seat and kind of moved her himself. The way they do things when it comes to boarding is a mess as well. This airline sucks!
