  • Yeah, got to agree, Crystal can't cut for anything. I observed her giving a little girl a trim and put 0 effort into. That should have been my first clue to leave. Next, she didn't have any friendly conversation AT ALL........I'm not paying for conversation, but geeze, nothing more awkward than a silent haircut. I asked for layers, and they are interesting to say the least....nothing like layers I've ever gotten before! She wasn't rude, and I've gotten hair cuts from other hairdressers here, but one bad experience is enough for me not to come back. I put Fantastic Sams a step above Great Clips, but I actually have never had a haircut of this....quality from a Great Clips before....
