  • As an agent I am disturbed with the lack of return calls. I left 3 messages for our client that wants to move in this weekend. NO RESPONSE. This is a disservice to the owner and causing a vacant house to stay on the market. So I stopped in their office today and got nowhere- the PM said she didn't have time for me and slammed her door on me. Very rude. I will advise my client of 10 years to rent from a more reputable company. Update: my clients are moving into another rental TODAY and RPM's listing is still vacant and on the market. Warning to all owners and tenants: check reviews before you get tied into a contract.
