  • Dropped by here as I was in the area, seemed like any other printing store. Unfortunately the person at the front couldn't care less about customer service. I had to print color images for a school project and needed a proper printer. Instead they seem to use your run of the mill home printer to do most of the printing. When I said it's not what I wanted, the person still made me pay for the printouts. She also printed a copy in b&w first without even asking. On top of that, she wanted to charge me for a simple envelope to carry the "wrong" printouts. Needless to say I'm never going back here again.
