  • I came in from out of town with old contact lenses and no back ups. I filled out a form online for a same day appointment at five different optometrists in Phoenix Optical Expressions was the only one to call me and they called right away. They were very accommodating to my schedule but went way above and beyond excellent service when Corrina agreed to work with my hometown optometrist and look to see if they could provide me with lenses and save the appointment. It gets better...when the lenses I wear were not in stock, Corinna called my optometrist to see if any other brands would do and ended up giving me TWO pairs of free lenses. So I took up a good share of her time, did not need an appointment and got five star service. I never saw the doctor, but if their staff is any reflection this is a five star location!
