  • Not even sure why I gave Vistek so much of my business when The Camera Store is about 100 times better and only a few blocks away. Noel in sales is good and knowledgable and the one and only high point. Matthew in rentals is always miserable as is most of the staff. The final tipping point when I decided not to feel like I was an intrusion in their sitting around and talking came when I sent my husband to pick up prints. Mikaela had her feet up on the counter, made it seem like a chore to get the prints then missed a package. When my husband came back frustrated and tired of the rudeness for a second time, she shouted "You're Welcome!" as he left. Seriously. Never ever again. Go to the camera store where they are friendly, helpful and have tonnes of stock.
