  • If I could give them negative stars I would. I hired them to do a thorough cleaning on a new residence. They missed the obvious areas like the window seals and the windows themselves, grease on the kitchen cabinets, counters and tiles were not cleaned.They scratched the toilets so I need to replace them. They did a surface cleaning on the carpets that left soap in the carpet and was showing dirt in a matter of days. They also did a surface clean behind the refrigerator but forgot behind the stove right next to it. I had asked them to do a simple wipe down of the walls so I could start to paint, but surprise surprise, they forgot to do that. They even failed to wipe the dust bunnies off the A/C vents They quoted me a price of 250 to 290, but doubled the price on the day of cleaning knowing I could not get someone else at the last minute. They also charged me for the time that they took for a lunch break.
