  • I just left this place and got nothing done. Now, you may be thinking that I left because of a bad impression. Well, that could not be further from the truth. A two minute conversation was all it took for me to make up my mind that I will be back and this place will have my dedicated loyalty when it comes to all things brakes. This conversation was with Ernie (yes, another great review of this place because of this man :)), he was able to assure me that there is nothing wrong that needs fixing judging by the lack of blaring noise from my brakes. Yet, he was patient enough to hear me out when I explained that I was there for a second opinion because an auto shop that services all of my family's vehicles and mine told me that the glaze on my rotors was unsafe and would need resurfacing and eventually pad replacement. And possibly a replacement of the rotors if the resurfacing attempt wouldn't do the trick. Without needing to even look at it, paired with my recollection of the other guy's opinion---Ernie gave me all the confidence that I would just be fine. He even answered my question about what I should do about the sudden shaking of my steering wheel at high speeds. He said it may just be a balancing issue so I can take it to any tire place. I go to Discount Tire, which is just down the street from this place so I was able to save myself some unneeded work plus solve the problem that only came up when my auto shop went tinkering around my brake/tires. I am a very loyal customer when it comes to great service being offered. As a result of this fantastic service (that didn't actually result in physical servicing of my vehicle) I felt compelled and that it be my duty to write this review. Thank you Ernie. I will be seeing you when I need you down the road here. :)
