  • I can't believe that this company has so many positive reviews. Are most of these reviews positive because of their free one -year warranty for a review policy? They have not been able to solve my termite problem. Even though the technician that did the initial perimeter treatment told me it was good for 5 years, I saw termite activity just 6 months after. I have been using them for 2 years and I have lost count of the number of times I have had to call them in to address termite damage. I changed to Bills because the former company that I used could not keep the termites under control either. I am having the same problem with Bills and I am really fed up and don't know what to do. I thought the reason for having maintenance service was to prevent termite activity and keep find them before causing damage.
