  • Incredibly helpful, professional service here! I just moved to Phoenix. During the move, keys to my file cabinet got locked in the file cabinet. Sadly, not the first time I've done that. Anyway, i called them on a friday and asked if they could help. I went down there with the lock number but that didn't narrow it down so there were a few options. Andrew made me two keys but only charged me for one ($11.50) and told me that if they didn't work, to bring the cabinet down there and they'd figure it out. Well, neither key worked. So today I brought the cabinet down there. Andrew spend about twenty minutes working on, eventually figured it out, and went inside to get a new key. He opened the cabinet, handed me the key, and told me to have a nice day. I asked about payment and he said there was no additional charge. Friendly, professional service gets 5 stars. I don't often need a locksmith, but when I do this is who i will call.
